After a long time of not being able to meet up during COVID restrictions, on 27 July 2022, the International Relations team facilitated the 2nd Home@Science event to welcome new international students, bond relationships between staff and students, and introduce Thai students to the group. Nine international students and four Thai students joined a half-day trip full of activities to Songkhla.

After having delicious lunch at a Halal restaurant, the group continued to Songkhla Old Town where the Thai students accompanied small groups as buddies. The four groups explored architecture, street art and Thai culture through a photo competition. Activities at the beach rounded up the day. On the way back, the small teams presented their chosen photo and all, knowing each other better, brought back wonderful impressions.
